Terms of renting a photo hall

I. INTRODUCTION

    1. These regulations specify the rules for using the WIDE photo halls located:

      61-361 Poznań
    2. The owner and entity managing the SZEROKO photo studios is TECHNIKA FILMOWA sp. z o. o., registered at ul. Kazimiery Iłłakowiczówny 5, 60-789 Poznań, KRS 0000983894, NIP 7792541990, REGON 522647588, referred to in these Regulations as the Lessor.
    3. Individuals, companies or organizations renting a shooting hall are called Tenants.

II. USE

    1. The primary purpose of photo halls is to organize photo sessions, film sets and cultural events.
    Halls can be rented for other purposes, including: meetings, workshops, special events.

    2. The Lessor provides rental services of photo halls, including equipment.

    3. The Tenant undertakes to use the hall and equipment in accordance with its intended purpose and safety rules, and to ensure that the equipment entrusted to him is not damaged due to the fault of the Tenant or third parties staying in the studio during the rental period (models, make-up artists, assistants, etc.).
    4. The tenant has the right to use the halls only inside, the surroundings of the halls are not subject to rent. Photographing or filming outside the halls requires permission from the owner of the facility.
    5. The Landlord will provide the Tenant with parking spaces; the use of other spaces requires permission from the owner of the facility.
    6. The halls are equipped with: 2 x catering tables

      10 x chair
      1 x extension cable on a 50m reel
      3 x power strip
      ironing board
      iron/steamer

    7. The halls must be returned in the same condition as before they were used, i.e.
    turn off appliances (iron, coffee machine, lamps, etc.)
    put the devices and equipment (armchairs, sofas, tables, etc.) back in their designated place
    clean up the kitchen
    clean up all the scenographic elements
    8. The Tenant undertakes to cover the costs of any damage caused by the Tenant or third parties staying in the halls during the lease (models, make-up artists, assistants, etc.) according to the degree of damage, without excluding the possibility of pursuing other claims in this respect.
    9. The Landlord is not liable for damage on the part of the Tenant or persons cooperating with him, related to the use of devices and equipment in the halls, as well as the consequences of accidents involving people taking part in work in the halls.
    10. The equipment included in the studio should be used in accordance with the manufacturer's recommendations; in case of doubts regarding its operation, the Lessor should immediately seek advice from the Lessor.
    11. The Lessor undertakes to rent halls and equipment that are technically efficient. Any faults must be reported immediately.
    12. The equipment may be operated by persons with technical knowledge and skills in the use of this type of equipment.
    13. Using the studio for illegal purposes is prohibited.
    14. In the event of filming/photographing acts, all persons participating in the session should have documents confirming their age.
    15. All persons staying in the halls under the lease should be of age or have the appropriate consent of their legal guardian.
    16. The Landlord reserves the right to terminate the rental of the halls if the activities carried out using the halls are related to content considered prohibited under Polish law.
    17. Smoking, the use of open flames and pyrotechnic materials are strictly prohibited in the studio,
    18. The Landlord is not responsible for items left in the halls by the Tenant or third parties.
    19. The Landlord is not responsible for the quality of services provided by external entities, as well as for difficulties related to the work of adjacent companies.

III. RESERVATION

    1. Hall reservations can be made via the website www.2k4k.pl
    2. The reservation will be confirmed by the Landlord by e-mail.
    3. Payments can be made online via the booking system, in cash or by transfer.
    4. When renting by the hour, the duration of the hall rental is counted from the hour indicated in the reservation by the number of hours rented. If this time is exceeded, the Tenant undertakes to pay the rent for the next interval provided for in the price list, e.g. if the Tenant rented the hall for 4 hours but exceeded this time, he or she is obliged to pay the rent for 8 hours, because this is the next time interval provided for in the price list.
    5. If the Tenant is late in starting the use or early release of the studio by the Tenant, the price does not change.
    6. When renting by the day, the rental covers 24 hours of the indicated day.
    7. Ending najmu is counted until the last participant leaves the hall.
    8. The lease may be extended when the Landlord confirms such a possibility.

IV. PRICE LIST

    1. Hall rental fees are calculated according to the price list:
    Photo sessions/film sets:
      SZEROKO_Lutycka
      Up to 4h: 500
      Up to 8 hours: PLN 1,000
      Unlimited day: PLN 1,500
      Use of a cyclorama: PLN 500

      SZEROKO_Stomil
      Up to 4h: 600
      Up to 8 hours: PLN 1,200
      Unlimited day: PLN 2,000
      Cyclorama: PLN 500

      Storage of scenography: in accordance with the rental price list

      Electricity: PLN 2/kW according to meter consumption

    Events: individual pricing

    2. All prices given in the price list are net prices.
    3. If you cancel a reservation or change the date, you must inform the Landlord by phone or e-mail no later than 48 hours before the planned rental date. Cancellation after this date is payable by the Tenant in accordance with the price list, but with the possibility of using the rental at another available date.

V. APPLICATION

    These regulations are valid from January 1, 2023.
    The Landlord reserves the right to change these regulations.
